大数据技术下太极拳发展存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：太极拳是我国传统武术中的一种拳法,是一种内外兼修、刚柔相济的中国传统拳术,具有颐养性情、强身健体、延年益寿、克敌制胜等多样化的功能,是一种具有中国传统民族特色的文化形态。但是,随着社会的不断发展,现代人练习太极拳的人数越来越少,练习者主要以老年群体为主,很少有青年人学习、参加太极拳运动,这制约了太极拳的发展与普及。大数据技术的高速发展为我国传统文化的传承与发展提供了更多的机遇与挑战,因而有必要充分利用大数据技术的优势作用,扩大太极拳的影响范围,吸引更多的人积极参加太极拳运动,进一步促进太极拳的发展与普及力度的提升。针对这一问题,该文首先对大数据技术的功能进行分析,然后对当前太极拳发展过程中存在的问题进行深入剖析,最后基于大数据技术提出具体发展对策。As one of the traditional Chinese martial artss,Tai Chi is a kind of traditional Chinese boxing with both internal and external training and combination of strength and softness.It has various functions such as caring for the temperament,strengthening the body,prolonging life and defeating the enemy.It is a cultural form with Chinese traditional national characteristics.However,with the continuous development of society,the number of modern people practicing Tai Chi is becoming less and less,and the elderly are the main group,and few young people study and participate in the Tai Chi movement,which greatly restricts the development and popularization of Tai Chi.The rapid development of big data technology provides more opportunities and challenges for the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture.Therefore,it is necessary to make full use of the advantages of big data technology,increase the influence scope of Tai Chi,attract more people to actively participate in Tai Chi,and further increase the development and popularization of Tai Chi.To solve this problem,this paper first analyzes the functions of big data technology,then deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current development process of Tai Chi,and finally puts forward specific development countermeasures based on big data.
