摘　　要：复合性团队的攻关模式在江苏省竞技体育中实施已久,以团队的协作,共同解决问题,所有的工作重心均围绕“建议以运动训练为核心”的工作模式。对全运会5000m冠军胥秋子的备战过程中复合型团队的运行模式和工作过程进行总结,为耐力项目的备战提供参考。主要结论:(1)完整系统的工作模式是成功的关键;(2)系统科学的训练计划和实施过程是解决问题和检验实施效果的标准;(3)发挥团队中每个人的积极性和特长是团队运行的根本。The mode of compound team tackling has been implemented in competitive sports in Jiangsu Province for a long time.The team works together to solve problems,and all the work focuses on the working mode of"suggestions as the core of sports training".This paper summarizes the operation mode and working process of compound team in the preparation process of Xu Qiuzi,champion of 5000m in the National Games,and provides reference for the preparation of endurance events.Main conclusions:(1)The complete and systematic working mode is the key to success;(2)The systematic and scientific training plan and implementation process are the standards to solve problems and test the implementation effect;(3)Giving full play to the enthusiasm and expertise of everyone in the team is the foundation of the operation of the team.
