摘　　要：建设高素质的体育教师队伍,是实现高校体育“双一流”目标的前提基础。目前,内蒙古高校体育教师发展机制存在一些问题,这严重阻碍了教师队伍的建设和“双一流”目标的实现。基于此,该文首先分析了内蒙古高校体育教师发展机制现状,然后提出了“双一流”背景下内蒙古高校教师发展机制的优化策略,旨在进一步推动内蒙古高校体育教师的发展。Building a team of high-quality physical education teachers is the premise and foundation of realizing the goal of"double first-class"of physical education in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the development mechanism of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,which seriously hinder the construction of teachers and the realization of double first-class goals.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the current situation of the development mechanism of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,and then puts forward the optimization strategy of the development mechanism of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia under the background of"double first-class",in order to further promote the development of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia.
