摘　　要：复方抗生素制剂对耐药细菌的良好药效在临床应用中不断得到证实,促进了国内外复方抗生素新药的研发。由中国药科大学和湘北威尔曼制药股份有限公司联合开发的一类新药注射用头孢哌酮钠/他唑巴坦钠(CPZ/TAZ,6:1)于2021年4月20日获得国家药品监督管理局批准上市,是近五年继辉瑞的注射用头孢他啶/阿维巴坦钠后第二个在我国获批的复方抗生素。CPZ/TAZ(6:1)用于治疗由对头孢哌酮单药耐药、对本品敏感的产β-内酰胺酶细菌引起的中、重度感染疗效好且安全性高,是治疗耐药菌感染的优选用药,为临床用药提供了新的选择。The good efficacy of antibiotic compounds against drug-resistant bacteria has been confirmed in clinical application,which promotes the research and development of creative antibiotic compounds at home and abroad.Cefoperazone Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium for Injection(CPZ/TAZ,6:1),a class 1 new drug developed by China Pharmaceutical University and Xiangbei Welman Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,has been approved for marketing by the National Medical Products Administration on April 20,2021,which is the second antibiotic compound in China after Pfizer’s Ceftazidime and Avibactam Sodium for injection in the past five years.CPZ/TAZ(6:1)is effective and safe in the treatment of moderate and severe infections caused byβ-lactamase-producing bacteria resistant to cefoperazone and sensitive to this product,which is a preferred drug for the treatment of drug-resistant bacterial infections and provides more options for clinical medication.
