摘　　要：替加环素是第一个获准临床静脉用药的甘氨酰四环素类抗生素,其结构与米诺环素相似,临床上广泛应用于重症感染患者,已有文献报道应用替加环素后会引起多种不良反应,其中凝血功能障碍是较为少见的一种副作用。替加环素在治疗感染患者时引起凝血功能障碍与多种因素有关。通过文献阅读,本文重点将替加环素对感染患者凝血功能的影响的研究进展进行综述。Tigecycline is the first glycylcycline antibiotic approved for clinical intravenous use.The structure of Tigecycline is similar to minocycline,and it is widely applied to patients with severe infection.And it is reported that the use of tigecycline cause a variety of adverse reactions,among which coagulopathy is a rare side effect.The coagulopathy caused by tigecycline in the treatment of infected patients is related to many factors.Through articles,in this review,the research progress of the effect of tigecycline on coagulopathy in patients with infection will be focused.
