摘  要:分析TOC理论应用于医院职能部门服务能力研究可行性的基础上,强调职能部门服务职能的内涵和对医院建设发展的重要意义。运用TOC理论分析并找出影响医院职能部门服务作用发挥和服务能力提升的约束因素,以突破瓶颈约束为导向,采取有效措施破解阻碍职能部门服务作用发挥的难题,努力提升职能部门的服务水平,实现服务持续改进,推进医院服务型职能部门建设,切实为临床一线和广大患者提供满意的服务,保障医院良好运营和可持续发展。Based on the analysis of the feasibility of applying TOC theory to the research on the service capability of hospital functional departments,it emphasizes the connotation of the service functions of functional departments and its significance to the development of hospital construction.Use TOC theory to analyze and find out the restrictive factors that affect the service function of the hospital's functional departments and the improvement of service capabilities,and take the breakthrough of bottleneck constraints as the guide.Take effective measures to solve the problems that hinder the service function of functional departments,strive to improve the service level of functional departments,realize continuous improvement of services,and promote the construction of hospital service-oriented functional departments.Effectively provide satisfactory services to the clinical frontline and the majority of patients to ensure the good operation and sustainable development of the hospital.
