摘　　要：该文阐述了基层疾病预防控制机构微生物实验室质量控制的意义,分析了当前存在的问题和不足,提出构建完善的质控体系,做好实验室内质量控制各项工作,规范操作行为,以及落实实验室质量评价工作,保证结果准确性等几个方面的管理对策。This paper expounds the significance of quality control of microbiology laboratories in grass-roots disease prevention and control institutions,analyzes the current problems and deficiencies,and proposes to build a perfect quality control system,do a good job in quality control in the laboratory,standardize operational behavior,and implement laboratory quality evaluation work,ensure the accuracy of results and other aspects of management countermeasures.
