摘  要:住院医师规范化培训阶段是住院医师迅速成长为一名合格行医者的重要阶段。随着儿科专业化的不断增强,急需培养出合格的、专业性极强的新生儿科医生队伍。在住院医师规范化培训过程中,不仅要严格要求教学质量,同时还需对教学成果进行检查,并发现其中不足之处,提出改进意见,以期进一步提升教学质量。只有这样才可以培养出一批又一批合格并且优秀的新生儿科住院医师,并且提升学生学习新生儿知识的兴趣和积极性。The implementation of standardized training measures for residents,the overall clinical professional level and diagnosis and treatment thinking of residents have been greatly improved.The standardized training phase of resident doctors is an important stage for resident doctors to quickly grow into a qualified medical practitioner.With the continuous enhancement of pediatric specialization,there was an urgent need to train qualified and professional doctors.In the process of standardized training of residents,not only the teaching quality must be strictly required.At the same time,it is necessary to check the teaching results,and find out the shortcomings,and put forward suggestions for improvement,in order to further improve the quality of teaching.Only in this way can batches of qualified and outstanding neonatology residents be trained to enhance students'interest and enthusiasm in learning about newborns.
