试论疾病预防控制中心信息化建设对疾控事业的推动

摘　　要：传统疾控应对模式在日新月异的社会形态变化中暴露了其不可掩盖的弊端和缺点。疾病预防控制中心必须认识到信息化建设的重要意义,以现代化信息技术为依托,反思和改进自身的发展现状和问题,从硬件设备、软件系统、人力资源、突发情况应对、全球难以突破疾病类研究实验5个方面着重讨论疾控中心的下一步信息化建设,让疾控事业的发展得到进一步的提升。The traditional disease control response model has exposed its unconcealable drawbacks and shortcomings in the ever-changing social changes.The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention must recognize the importance of informatization.Relying on modern information technology,reflect on and improve its own development status and problems.Discuss the next step of the CDC's informatization construction from the five aspects of hardware equipment,software system,human resources,emergency response,and global difficult to break through disease research experiments,so that the development of disease control will be further improved.
