摘　　要：公立医院高质量发展对加强公立医院党建及信息化建设提出了明确要求,北京协和医院工会近年来持续加强信息化建设,建立北京协和医院“工会云”职工信息服务系统,以互联网+大数据为管理工具,为医院党建工作提供“智慧化”服务抓手,发挥信息化桥梁纽带作用,协助医院党委在加强职工思想引导、学习教育等方面进行了有益探索,取得了良好效果。该文就信息化助力党建工作意义,协和“工会云”系统设计、应用实践及未来工作展望等方面进行阐述和探讨。The high-quality development of public hospitals puts forward clear requirements for strengthening the party building and informatization construction of public hospitals.In recent years,the labor union of Peking Union Medical College has continued to strengthen informatization construction and established the"Trade Union Cloud"employee information service system of Peking Union Medical College Hospital.Use Internet+big data as management tools to provide"intelligent"services for hospital party building work,and play the role of informatization as a bridge and link.Assisted the hospital party committee to conduct useful explorations in strengthening the staff's ideological guidance,learning and education,and achieved good results.This article elaborates and discusses the significance of informatization assisting party building work,the design,application practice and future work prospects of the xiehe"Trade Union Cloud"system.
