摘　　要：国家特色高水平高职院校作为高职教育的标杆性院校,在参与和成功入选中国特色高水平高职院校和专业建设计划过程中显示了雄厚的科研实力,在其建设过程中,又借助于科研论文等成果激发科研工作中的鲶鱼效应、头部效应及学派效应等带动效应,启迪普通高职院校正确理解国家科技政策、突出特色、打造团队、强化项目支撑,带动高职院校教科研工作高质量发展。The national characteristic high-level higher vocational colleges, as leading colleges in vocational colleges, show their strong research capability in the process of participating and being selected in the program of specialty construction. During this process, they use the Catfish Effect, the Head Effect and the School Effect to enlighten the general higher vocational college to understand correctly what is national science and technology policy, highlighting characteristics, building team and strengthen project support, and then promotes the high-quality development of higher vocational education and scientific research.
