摘  要:通过建立非保温墙体和XPS保温墙体模型,应用COMSOL Multiphysics软件模拟墙体的热湿变化规律,分析农村保温墙体的热湿性能。结果表明:水泥砂浆与混凝土交界面、混凝土与水泥抹灰交界面分别受室外、室内温度影响大于相对湿度影响。潜热净吸热量密度在非保温墙体和XPS保温墙体内分别占净吸热量密度的21.7%和14.3%,XPS保温墙体的净吸热量密度较非保温墙体下降62.8%。XPS保温墙体内壁面单位面积吸热量为153 W/m^(2),吸湿量为9.91×10^(-9)g/(m^(2)•s),非保温墙体内壁面单位面积吸热量为268 W/m^(2),吸湿量为2.19×10^(-8)g/(m^(2)•s).XPS保温墙体比非保温墙体内壁面单位面积吸热量减少了42.9%,吸湿量减少了54.3%,保温效果显著。Through the establishment of non-thermal insulation wall and XPS thermal insulation wall model,COMSOL Multiphysics software is used to simulate the heat and moisture change law of the wall,and the heat and moisture properties of rural thermal insulation wall is analyzed.The results show that the influence of outdoor and indoor temperature on the interface between cement mortar and concrete and the interface between concrete and cement plastering is greater than that of relative humidity.The net heat absorption density of latent heat accounts for 21.7%and 14.3%of the net heat absorption density in non-thermal insulation wall and XPS thermal insulation wall respectively.The net heat absorption density of XPS thermal insulation wall is 62.8%lower than that of non-thermal insulation wall.The heat absorption per unit area of the inner wall surface of XPS thermal insulation wall is 153 W/m^(2),and the moisture absorption is9.91×10^(-9)g/(m^(2)•s),the heat absorption per unit area of the inner wall surface of non-thermal insulation wall is 268 W/m^(2),and the moisture absorption is 2.19 × 10^(-8) g/(m^(2)•s).The heat absorption per unit area of XPS thermal insulation wall is reduced by 42.9%and the moisture absorption is reduced by 54.3%compared with that of non-thermal insulation wall,which has a significant thermal insulation effect.
