摘 要:针对3PE防腐层的剥离风险开展现场实验研究,通过对现场埋设试片的阴极保护及交流干扰参数进行监测,统计试片的剥离距离,从而建立试片电参数与剥离距离之间的对应关系,讨论了交流干扰、埋设时间、阴极保护电位与剥离距离的关系。研究结果表明:当管道阴极保护电位大部分处在合理区间[-0.85 V,-1.2 V]时,交流干扰对于剥离距离的影响不明显。对试片45 d及90 d的剥离距离分析得出,当剥离距离达到一定值时,阴极保护电流及介质难以进入,破损点深处不易出现局部碱性化环境,从而剥离距离难以继续增大。阴极保护电位在[-1.05 V,-0.95 V]区间的比例在30%以上,对应的剥离距离较大,即表明阴极保护电位越负,对于剥离距离的影响越大。建立了基于阴极保护电位的剥离距离模型,得出了阴极保护电位区间比例与剥离距离的对应关系,为后续防腐层剥离风险的评估提供了关键技术支撑。The on-site experimental research on the stripping risk of 3 PE anticorrosive coating is carried out. By monitoring the cathodic protection and AC interference parameters of the on-site buried test pieces, and counting the stripping distance of the test pieces, thus the corresponding relationship between the electrical parameters of the test pieces and the stripping distance is established. The relationship between AC interference, embedding time, cathodic protection potential and stripping distance is discussed. The results show that when most of the cathodic protection potential of the pipeline is in a reasonable range(-0.85 V,-1.2 V],the impact of AC interference on the stripping distance is not obvious. Through the analysis of the stripping distance of the test pieces at 45 d and 90 d, it is concluded that when the stripping distance reaches a certain value, the cathodic protection current and medium are difficult to enter,and the local alkaline environment is not easy to appear in the depth of the damage point,so the stripping distance is difficult to continue to increase. The proportion of cathodic protection potential in the range of[-1.05 V,-0.95 V) is more than 30%,and the corresponding stripping distance is larger,indicating that the more negative the cathodic protection potential is,the greater the impact on the stripping distance is.The stripping distance model based on cathodic protection potential is established,and the corresponding relationship between the proportion of cathodic protection potential range and the stripping distance is obtained,which provides key technical support for the subsequent risk assessment of anticorrosive coating stripping.
