摘 要:通过调节不同配合料(石英砂、白云石和石灰石)的粒度,研究了原料粒度对超白浮法玻璃熔化质量的影响。使用高温视像观察装置和玻璃熔化分析软件,观察并分析在颗粒粒度含量不同条件下,超白浮法玻璃熔化澄清过程中配合料的初熔温度和气泡量,以此来表征玻璃的熔化澄清质量。结果表明:随着石英砂粒度的增大,玻璃初熔温度升高;石英砂粒度过大或过小都会影响玻璃澄清质量,在小于0.125 mm细粉含量达12%时,澄清效果最好;随着白云石和石灰石粒度的增大,初熔温度升高;白云石粒度增大或石灰石粒度减小,澄清质量均变差。The influence of granularity on melting quality of ultra-white float glass was studied by adjusting granularity of different materials(silicate dolomite and limestone).In order to characterize the quality of glass melting and clarifying,the initial melting temperature and bubble volume of the complexes in the process of melting and clarifying of ultra-white float glass were observed and analyzed by using high-temperature video observation device and glass melting analysis software under different particle size content conditions.The results show that the initial melting temperature of glass increases with the increase of particle size of quartz sand;Whether the particle size of quartz sand is too large or too small will affect the quality of glass clarification.When the fine powder content is less than 0.125 mm and reaches 12%,the clarification effect is the best;As the particle size of dolomite and limestone increases,the initial melting temperature increases;With the increase of dolomite particle size or the decrease of limestone particle size,the quality of clarification becomes worse.
