摘  要:玻璃企业的节能降耗是当今行业的主要课题之一。窑炉保温技术在玻璃行业已经得到了长足的发展和完善,各种保温材料性能基本能够满足节能降耗要求。基于保温材料的施工顺序,探讨适合不同玻璃窑炉大碹保温的技术方案,随着国内新建及改建的玻璃窑炉熔化规模越来越大,大碹采用冷态和热态相结合的保温技术方案将是玻璃企业的优先选择途径。Energy saving and consumption reduction in glass enterprises is one of the main issues of the industry today.Furnace insulation technology has been great developed and improved in the glass industry.The performance of various thermal insulation materials can basically meet the requirements of energy saving and consumption reduction.Based on the construction sequence of thermal insulation materials,the technical scheme suitable for different main arch of glass furnace is discussed.With the increasing melting scale of new and rebuilt glass furnace in China,the technology scheme combining cold and hot thermal insulation will be the best choice for glass enterprises.
