摘 要:为提高大口径套筒阀流量特性的获取效率以及准确性,提出一种基于有限试验数据与流场仿真分析相结合的套筒阀的流量特性获取方法。通过对套筒阀进行三维建模并以此建立流场仿真模型,以有限试验数据为参考对该模型进行优化使得仿真结果满足精度要求,进而通过流场仿真计算获取套筒阀的完整流量特性插值表。与目前常用的试验数据处理方法相比,该方法有效减少了对试验数据的需求量并保证了仿真精度。通过验证对比,以该方法获取的流量特性来计算的仿真流量与实际测量流量相比,最大误差不超过8%。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of obtaining flow characteristics of large diameter sleeve valve, a method of obtaining flow characteristics of sleeve valve based on limited experimental data and flow field simulation analysis is proposed.Through the three-dimensional modeling of the sleeve valve, the flow field simulation model is established, the limited experimental data are used to optimize the model to make the simulation results meet the accuracy requirements, and then the complete flow characteristic interpolation table of the sleeve valve is obtained through the flow field simulation calculation.Compared with the commonly used test data processing methods, this method effectively reduces the demand for test data and ensures the simulation accuracy.Compared with the actual measured flow, the maximum error of the simulation flow calculated by this method is less than 8%.
