摘 要:体积弹性模量是液压工作系统中传压介质一个重要的物理参数,为求解超高压状态下液压介质体积弹性模量随压力的变化,论证了超高压状态下液压介质采用常量体积弹性模量的不适用性,构建了体积弹性模量修正方法,提出了一套用落锤液压发生装置测定液压介质体积弹性模量与体积相对压缩量之间关系的试验方案并通过了试验验证。验证结果表明,体积弹性模量修正后,压力预测准确度在2.0%以内,在压力外推2.5%的范围内,预报准确度在3.5%以内。测量结果可满足工程应用的要求,对于在超高压状态下或一些特定场合提高压力测量的精度具有工程指导意义。The bulk modulus of elasticity is an important physical parameter of the pressure transmission medium in the hydraulic working system.In order to solve the change of bulk elastic modulus of hydraulic medium with pressure under the ultra-high pressure state,the inapplicability of using constant bulk modulus of elasticity for hydraulic media under the ultra-high pressure is demonstrated,the correction method of bulk modulus of elasticity is constructed,and a set of test scheme for measuring the relationship between the bulk modulus of elasticity and the volume relative compression of hydraulic medium with a drop weight hydraulic generator is proposed and verified by the test.The verification results show that the accuracy of pressure prediction is within 2.0%,and within the range of 2.5%of pressure extrapolation,the accuracy of pressure prediction is within 3.5%.The measurement results can meet the requirements of engineering application,and have high engineering guiding significance for improving the accuracy of pressure measurement under ultra-high pressure or some special occasions.
