摘  要:当前惯性平台装配工艺环节仍然用非结构化工艺管理系统,全三维贯通在工艺环节没有充分利用,设计的数据及三维模型没有得到很好的继承,传统二维工艺的编制无法满足关联变更的大量工作,传统工艺下厂指导生产的短板也逐渐暴露。随着三维虚拟装配技术的发展,在三维环境下进行装配工艺设计已成为智能装配车间发展的趋势。为实现某惯性平台装配工艺的三维化,以PDM系统与SVMAN-A系统、MES系统的深度集成,实现三维工艺下厂,解决了二维工艺的二义性问题,更加直观,提高了惯性平台装配的质量和效率。The current process link still uses an unstructured process management system.The full three-dimensional connection is not fully utilized in the process link.The designed data and three-dimensional model are not well inherited.The preparation of traditional two-dimensional process cannot meet the large amount of work related to changes.The shortcomings of the production under the guidance of the factory are gradually exposed.With the development of three-dimensional virtual assembly technology,the design of assembly process in a three-dimensional environment has become the development trend of intelligent assembly workshops.In order to realize the three-dimensional assembly process of a certain inertial platform,the PDM system is deeply integrated with the SVMAN-A system and the MES system to realize the three-dimensional process out of the factory and solve the ambiguity problem of the two-dimensional process,which is more intuitive and improves the inertial platform Quality and efficiency of assembly.
