汽油机燃用E10的瞬态空燃比控制策略研究

摘  要:受新冠肺炎疫情的影响,人们出行方式发生变化,私家车保有量大幅增加,引发了环境污染和能源短缺问题日益严重。在汽油机结构未改变的情况下,E10作为替代燃料被广泛使用。空燃比是影响汽油机动力性、燃油经济性和污染物排放的重要因素。因油膜效应影响瞬态空燃比的精准控制,本文建立了带燃油补偿器的供给模型,采用模糊自整定PID控制方法和PID控制方法分别对瞬态工况下空燃比进行仿真,得出模糊自整定PID控制器对发动机燃用E10的空燃比的控制稳定性更好。Due to the COVID-19,people's travel patterns have changed,and private car ownership has increased dramatically,causing increasing environmental pollution and energy shortages.In the case of unchanged gasoline engine structure,E10 is widely used as an alternative fuel.Air-fuel ratio is an important factor affecting power performance,fuel economy and pollutant emission of gasoline engine.Because the oil film effect affects the precise control of the transient air-fuel ratio,a supply model with fuel compensator is established in this paper.The fuzzy self-tuning PID control method and PID control method are used to simulate the air-fuel ratio under the transient condition,and it is concluded that the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller has better control stability of the air-fuel ratio when the engine burns E10.
