摘  要:本文以M2Al高速钢丝锥为研究对象,在常规热处理中引入深冷处理工艺,设计了四种不同的工艺对丝锥进行了处理,并进行攻丝试验,探究深冷处理工艺对丝锥寿命的影响。研究表明:深冷处理工艺有效的提高了丝锥的使用寿命,最优深冷工艺组丝锥攻丝孔数达到了88个,相较于常规工艺组寿命提高了1.6倍;通过微观分析发现耐磨性提高的原因是二次碳化物的析出和均布。最后采用最优工艺处理的丝锥进行了耐用度试验,获得了该工艺下的丝锥耐用度T-v曲线。In this paper,M2Al high-speed steel taps are taken as the research object.Through introducing cryogenic treatment process in the conventional heat treatment,tapping tests are carried out on four groups of taps treated with different processes to explore the influence of cryogenic treatment process on service life of tap.The results showed that:Cryogenic treatment technology effectively improves the service life of tap,The number of tapping holes reached 88 of the optimal cryogenic process group which the life was increased1.6 times compared to the conventional process group.The microscopic analysis show that the main reason for the improvement of wear resistance are that cryogenic treatment promotes the transformation of residual austenite and the precipitation and distribution of secondary carbides.Finally,the durability of taps treated with the optimal process was tested to obtain the durability T-V curve of taps.
