摘 要:介绍了一种新型酮醛改性呋喃树脂制备工艺,通过对呋喃树脂砂抗拉强度的测定、呋喃树脂游离甲醛含量的测定以及多元醇B剂替代试验,分析了丙酮与甲醛摩尔比、碱性反应时间以及酸性反应时间对改性呋喃树脂砂强度的影响。结果显示:(1)当丙酮与甲醛摩尔比为1:1.25,碱性反应温度为80℃,碱性反应时间为2 h,碱性反应pH值为9.5,酸性反应温度为85℃,酸性反应时间为1.5 h,酸性反应pH值为4.1,脱水量占甲醛加入量的60%时,制得的呋喃树脂砂强度最高,达到2.30 MPa;(2)多元醇B剂加入树脂总量的10%时,树脂砂的强度较好,达到2.23 MPa。The preparing process of a new type acetone-modified furan resin sand was introduced.By measuring tensile strength of furan sand,measuring dissociated formaldehyde and polyol B agent substitution test,the influence of the molar ratio of acetone and formaldehyde,alkaline reaction time and the acid reaction time on the strength of modified furan sand was analyzed.The result showed:(1)When the molar ratio of acetone and formaldehyde was of 1:1.25,alkaline reaction temperature was of 80℃,alkaline reaction time was of 1.5 h,pH value of acid reaction was of 4.1,dehydration was 60%of the formaldehyde addition amount,the strength of prepared furan resin sand was the highest and reached 2.30 MPa.(2)When the polyol B agent addition amount was 10%of the total resin amount,the strength of resin sand was restively good and reached 2.23 MPa.
