摘　　要：医疗设备的精准度和安全性直接影响临床诊疗的结果,精准医疗背景下应重视医疗设备计量管理工作的重要性,确保医用计量器具准确可靠,充分保障广大人民群众健康安全。本文首先探讨在精准医疗背景下医疗设备计量管理的作用,提出医学计量管理制度不完善、人因失误、医疗设备使用环境和配套设施对计量管理工作的影响,以及医疗设备计量检测范围局限,提出应重视计量管理工作和医学计量专业人才培养,同时加强第三方监督和管理,重视全过程计量管理,促进精准医疗背景下医疗计量管理体系的完善。The accuracy and safety of medical equipment directly affect the results of clinical diagnosis and treatment,in the context of precision medicine,attention should be paid to the importance of measurement management of medical equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of medical measuring instruments and fully protect the health and safety of the masses.At first,this paper discusses the measurement under the background of precision medicine equipment management,medical metrology management system is not perfect,people died as a result of mistakes,medical equipment using the environment and supporting facilities for the influence of the metrological management,as well as medical equipment measurement test scope limitation,this paper discusses the measurement should attach importance to management,and medical measurement professional personnel training,at the same time,the third-party supervision and management should be strengthened,the whole process measurement management should be emphasized,and the improvement of the medical measurement management system under the background of precision medicine.
