丁桂散穴位贴敷联合健脾八珍糕治疗脾虚型小儿腹泻的效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丁桂散穴位贴敷联合健脾八珍糕治疗脾虚型小儿腹泻的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2020年5月江苏省江阴市中医院收治的脾虚型腹泻患儿98例作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为研究组(49例)和对照组(49例)。对照组给予基础治疗的同时采用健脾八珍糕治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用丁桂散穴位敷贴治疗,两组均治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候评分、免疫功能指标和安全性。结果研究组临床疗效优于对照组;治疗前两组中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组中医证候评分较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组CD4+/CD8+比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组CD4+/CD8+较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁桂散穴位贴敷联合健脾八珍糕用于治疗脾虚型小儿腹泻,效果确切,可改善免疫功能,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of Dinggui Powder combined with Jianpi Bazhen Gao in the treatment of infantile diarrhea with spleen deficiency and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 98 children with spleen deficiency diarrhea who were admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into study group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)according to different treatment options.The control group was given the basic treatment at the same time with Jianpi Bazhen Gao,and the study group was treated with Dinggui Powder acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for seven days.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,immune function index,and safety before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in CD4+/CD8+between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),CD4+/CD8+in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dinggui powder acupoint application combined with Jianpi Bazhen cake is used to treat infantile diarrhea with syndrome of spleen deficiency,which has definite curative effect,can improve immune function,safe and reliable.
