摘　　要：为了解决北京乡村卫生机构人力资源匮乏的问题,对乡村医生队伍培养模式进行了研究,最终确定采用定向委托培养的模式,将学历学习和规范化培训相结合,以“1+2”的模式将基础课程与专业课程、临床实践分段培养,“1”在学校,“2”在教学医院完成。政府和学校联合协作,政府制订招生计划,学校制订培养计划,协同育人,为村级卫生机构培养医生队伍,留住卫生人才。此种乡村医生队伍培养模式得到了地方政府和学校的支持,进一步促进了基层乡村医生队伍的建设,通过这种培养模式有效的扩大了乡村医生队伍,为北京乡村基层机构探索了一条可行之路。In order to solve the shortage of human resources in rural health institutions in Beijing,the training mode of the team of rural doctors is studied.Finally,it is determined to adopt the mode of directed entrusting training,which combines academic learning with standardized training,and develops basic courses,professional courses and clinical practice in a“1+2”mode.“1”is completed in school and“2”is completed in teaching hospital.The government and schools work together.The government makes enrollment plans,and schools make training plans,in order to educate students and train the team of doctors for village-level health institutions and retain health professionals.This training mode of the team of rural doctors has been supported by local governments and schools,which further promotes the construction of grassroots rural doctors.Through this training mode,the team of rural doctors have been effectively expanded,and a feasible way has been explored for rural grassroots institutions in Beijing.
