摘  要:为探明丛枝菌根真菌对黄瓜穴盘育苗过程中幼苗抗枯萎病及壮苗的影响,以‘博杰605’黄瓜品种为材料,在育苗基质中添加不同处理的丛枝菌根真菌摩西球囊霉菌Gm3-2孢子,研究丛枝菌根真菌对黄瓜苗期枯萎病及幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明,丛枝菌根真菌可以有效减少幼苗发病率。接种菌剂处理幼苗的PAL、POD和PPO等保护性酶皆高于未接种菌剂处理幼苗的,MDA则低于未接种菌剂处理幼苗的;各处理不仅显著提高了黄瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、侧根长及根体积和叶绿素含量,而且提高了干物质积累和根系活力。处理A2根系活力与CK1、CK2相比显著提高46.30%和102.56%,各接种菌剂处理壮苗指数比对照提高24.3%~87.5%,综上所述,丛枝菌根真菌能够降低膜脂过氧化程度,抑制枯萎病的发生,促进壮苗,浓度以10;孢子/g处理效果最好。To investigate the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi on the resistance of cucumber seedlings to fusarium wilt and seedling growth in the process of plug seedling production, cucumber cultivar‘Bojie 605’was used in this study. By adding differently treated AM fungi Gm3-2 spores to the seedling medium, the effects of fusarium wilt and growth of cucumber seedlings by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were investigated. The results showed that AM fungi could effectively reduce disease morbidity. The protective enzymes such as PAL, POD and PPO in the seedlings treated with inoculum were higher than those of seedlings without inoculum. In contrast, MDA levels were lower in seedlings treated with inoculum than without inoculum. The treatments not only significantly increased plant height, stem diameter, lateral root length and root volume, leaf green of cucumber seedlings, but also benefited dry matter accumulation and root vigor. Treatment A2 increased root vigor by 46.3%, 102.56% compared to CK1 and CK2, respectively. Overall, AM fungi treatments increased the index of strong seedlings by 24.3%-87.5% compared with the controls. Together, the results showed that AM fungi inhibited the occurrence of fusarium wilt and promote cucumber seedling growth by reducing membrane lipid peroxidation and regulating root growth.The best working concentration for the spores was 10;/g.
