重复人工流产妇女的临床护理管理与实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析重复人工流产妇女的临床护理管理与实施效果。方法随机选取该院2020年8月—2021年5月妇科门诊的医务工作者50名为研究对象。将50名医务工作者按照随机信封分组法的方式分为两组,每组25名。使用传统护理管理方式的医务工作者归入参比组,使用临床路径护理管理方式的医务工作者归入观察组。总结不同组别医务工作者管理后的人工流产相关知识了解程度、管理工作能力、管理满意度。结果观察组医务工作者管理后的人工流产相关知识了解程度与参比组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务工作者管理后的管理工作能力与参比组相比强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务工作者管理后的管理满意度与参比组相比高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对妇科门诊医务工作者进行管理时,使用临床路径护理管理方式能够提升医务工作者人工流产相关认知水平,锻炼医务工作者的管理工作能力,提高医务工作者对管理服务的满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing management and implementation effects of women with repeated induced abortions.Methods 50 medical workers in the gynecological outpatient clinic of the hospital were randomly selected from August 2020 to May 2021 as the subject of the study.The 50 medical workers were divided into two different groups according to the random envelope grouping method,25 cases in each group.Medical workers who use traditional nursing management methods were included in the reference group,and medical workers who use clinical pathway nursing management methods were included in the observation group.Summarized the degree of understanding of induced abortion-related knowledge,management ability,and management satisfaction of different groups of medical workers after management.Results The observation group's medical workers'understanding of related knowledge about induced abortion was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management ability of the medical workers in the observation group was stronger than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the medical workers in the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of gynecological outpatient medical workers,the use of clinical pathway nursing management can improve the cognitive level of medical workers related to induced abortion,exercise the management ability of medical workers,and improve the satisfaction of medical workers with management services.
