摘  要:目的分析案例分析联合情景护理管理模式在外科实习护士输液流程中的应用价值。方法选取2019年6月—2021年2月该院外科接收的实习护士124名,根据时间的不同划分为对照组(2019年6月—2020年2月)和研究组(2020年6月—2021年2月),各62名,对照组实施传统护理管理模式,研究组实施案例分析联合情景护理管理模式,观察两组实习护士输液流程专业知识掌握程度、针刺伤以及医学教育知觉等情况。结果研究组实习护士在准备用物、无菌观念、反复核对、整理用物以及交流沟通等流程知识评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习护士在拔针刺伤、整理治疗车刺伤、锐器处理以及医疗垃圾包装等针刺伤发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习护士在管理知觉、环境知觉、学习知觉、学术知觉以及社会知觉等医学教育环境综合评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对外科实习护士输液流程实施案例分析联合情景护理管理模式,可很好地强化实习护士对于输液相关专业知识与流程的了解与掌握,降低针刺伤发生概率,营造较为良好的护理管理氛围。Objective To analyze the application value of the combined situational nursing management model in the infusion process of surgical practice nurses by analyzing cases.Methods A total of 124 trainee nurses accepted by the hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were selected.According to the time,it is divided into the control group(June 2019 to February 2020)and the study group(June 2020 to February 2021),each with 62 members.The control group implemented the traditional nursing management model,and the study group implemented the case analysis combined situational nursing management model.Observed the professional knowledge of infusion procedures,needle stick injuries and perception of medical education study of the two groups of practice nurses.Results The practice nurses in the study group scored significantly higher than the control group in preparing materials,sterile concepts,repeated checks,sorting materials,and communication,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of needlestick injuries in the study group of trainee nurses in the treatment of needle-pulling injuries,car stab injuries,sharps handling,and medical waste packaging was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive scores of the practice nurses in the medical education environment of management perception,environmental perception,learning perception,academic perception and social perception in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of case analysis and scenario-based nursing management model for surgical trainee nurses'infusion process can well strengthen trainee nurses'understanding and mastery of infusion-related professional knowledge and processes,reduce the probability of needle stick injuries,and create a relatively good nursing management atmosphere.
