摘　　要：在发挥公立医院公益属性的同时如何有效预防和控制医疗欠费,是一项医务与财务管理的综合课题。不合理的医疗欠费不但打击医务工作者的积极性,耗损卫生资源,而且不能反映财务真实收入情况,带来财务风险。该文回顾近三年广州某公立三甲医院有效的管理实践,分析医疗欠费的成因、提出对应的预防、追缴的管理措施,旨在为同行提供些可借鉴的经验,并以此为契机持续改进该医院的医疗欠费管理措施。How to effectively prevent and control medical arrears while giving play to the public welfare attributes of public hospitals is a comprehensive topic of medical affairs and financial management.Unreasonable medical arrears not only dampen the enthusiasm of medical workers,but also deplete health resources to recover.Moreover,it cannot reflect the true financial income situation,which brings financial risks.The paper reviews the effective management practices of a public tertiary hospital in Guangzhou in the past three years,analyzes the causes of medical arrears,and proposes corresponding preventive and recovery management measures.The aim is to provide colleagues with some experience that can be used for reference,and use this as an opportunity to continuously improve the hospital's medical arrears management.
