摘　　要：近30多年来,博世公司在中国申请的有关内燃机燃料供给系统专利共2700多件,对其中涉及高压共轨喷油器的结构专利进行分类和整理,确定了到目前为止这些专利专利权的有效性,并指出目前国内常用的博世公司高压共轨喷油器:哪些结构有专利权,哪些结构已经失去专利权。More than 2700 Bosch patents were searched on the internal combustion engine fuel supply system field in China in the last 30 years.Those patents were categorized related to high-pressure common rail injector,and confirmed the effectiveness of each patent to the date.For Bosch high-pressure common rail injector that is commonly used in China,the author listed those are still valid and which patents are expired.
