农户农业经营组织形式选择研究——基于交易费用经济学视角

摘　　要：基于交易费用经济学,利用第三次全国农业普查数据公开样本,分析了农户农业经营组织形式的选择。结果发现:经营规模较大的农户、地形条件较差的地区的农户更倾向于参与"公司+农户",其次是农民合作社;经营规模较小、户主非农就业的农户、交通条件较差的地区的农户更倾向于参与土地托管。相对于农作物种植户,园林和林业经营户更倾向于参与农民合作社,养殖户更不倾向于参与"公司+农户";自有农机较多的农户更倾向于参与农民合作社,更不倾向于参与"公司+农户"。参与了农业保险的农户选择"公司+农户"、农民合作社和土地托管的概率都显著提高;有大专及以上文凭的农户更倾向于参与农民合作社,更不倾向于参与土地托管;所在地市场数量对农户参与"公司+农户"和农民合作社都有显著正向影响;所在地第一产业占比对农户参与农民合作社有负向但递增的影响。在此基础上,给出了推进农业经营组织振兴的政策建议。Within the framework of Transaction Cost Economics,this paper analyzes the farmers’choices of agricultural business organizations with the open samples of the Third National Agricultural Census data.According to the results,the large-scale farmers,along with farmers in poor terrain areas,are more likely to participate in the"firm+farmers"organization,followed by the farmers’cooperatives.The small-scale farmers,those whose heads are in non-agricultural employment,and those in areas with poor transportation,are more inclined to participate in the land trusteeship.Compared with crop growers,garden and forestry operators are more inclined to participate in the farmers’cooperatives,and breeding farmers are less inclined to participate in the organization of"firm+farmers".Farmers with more agricultural machinery are more inclined to participate in farmers’cooperatives,and less inclined to participate in the organization of"firm+farmers".In contrast,there is a significant increase in the probability for the farmers with agricultural insurance to participate in the organization of"firm+farmers",the farmers’cooperatives and the land trusteeship.In addition,farmers with college diploma and above are more inclined to participate in the farmers’cooperatives,and less inclined to participate in the land trusteeship.Furthermore,the number of local markets has a significant positive impact on the farmers’participation in the organization of"firm+farmers"and the farmers’cooperatives.However,the proportion of local primary industry has a negative but increasing impact on farmers’participation in the cooperatives.In this regard,some policy recommendations are proposed for the revitalization of agricultural business organizations.
