风险预警管理在肠胃外科医疗器械相关压力性损伤中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究风险预警管理在肠胃外科医疗器械相关压力性损伤(medical device-re 1ated pressure injuries,MDRPI)中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月该院肠胃外科护理人员30名,患者100例为对照组;另选取2020年3月—2021年3月该院肠胃外科护理人员30名,肠胃外科患者100例为研究组。对照组实施常规管理,研究组实施风险预警管理。比较两组MDRPI评估率、MDRPI住院评估率、MDRPI高风险患者筛查率、临床护理决策实施率、以及护理人员的MDRPI预防知信行水平。结果研究组MDRPI评估率、MDRPI住院评估率、MDRPI高风险患者筛查率、临床护理决策实施率、护理人员的MDRPI预防知信行水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肠胃外科的管理工作中实施风险预警管理,可有效提升护理人员对医疗器械相关压力性损伤的认知,使其更好地完成护理决策,降低医疗器械相关压力性损伤发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of risk warning management in gastrointestinal surgery medical device-related pressure injuries(medical device-re 1ated pressure injuries,MDRPI).Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,30 nursing staff in the gastrointestinal surgery of the hospital were selected,and 100 patients were selected as the control group.From March 2020 to March 2021,30 nursing staff in gastrointestinal surgery and 100 patients in gastrointestinal surgery were selected as the research group.The control group implemented routine management,and the research group implemented risk early warning management.The MDRPI assessment rate,MDRPI hospitalization assessment rate,screening rate of MDRPI high-risk patients,implementation rate of clinical nursing decision-making,and the level of MDRPI prevention knowledge and behavior of nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The research group's MDRPI evaluation rate,MDRPI hospitalization evaluation rate,MDRPI high-risk patient screening rate,clinical care decision-making implementation rate,and nurses'MDRPI prevention knowledge and behavior levels were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk early warning management in the management of gastrointestinal surgery can effectively improve nurses'awareness of medical device-related stress injuries,enable them to better complete nursing decisions,and reduce the incidence of medical device-related stress injuries.
