分析PDCA循环法在手术室护理质量管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研讨PDCA循环法在手术室护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法以该院2021年1—6月收治的患者为作观察组,2020年7—12月收治的患者作为对照组,观察组实施PDCA循环管理,对照组实施常规管理,对比两组相关指标。结果观察组医疗管理行为、管理知识、医疗态度与环境管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中不良事件发生率为5.00%,相较于对照组的18.33%明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理质量管理中,实施PDCA循环管理模式,能够实现管理行为、管理知识、医疗态度及环境管理评分的提升,可以降低不良事件的发生。Objective To discuss the application value of PDCA circulation method in nursing quality management of operating room.Methods The patients treated in the hospital from January to June 2021 were selected as the observation group and the patients treated from July to December 2020 were selected as the control group.The observation group implemented PDCA cycle management and the control group implemented routine management,and the relevant indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of medical management behavior,management knowledge,medical attitude and environmental management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 18.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing quality management of the operating room,the implementation of the PDCA cycle management model can achieve the improvement of management behavior,management knowledge,medical attitude and environmental management scores,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
