摘 要:目的探讨在妇科内镜手术教学中使用模拟教学体系的效果。方法选取2019年1—12月期间参与妇科内镜手术教学的36名医学生。按照有无实施模拟教学体系作为分组依据,对照组18名医学生采用传统教学模式,研究组18名医学生在教学期间开展模拟教学体系,对比两组医学生在妇科内镜手术教学中的教学效果。结果研究组考核成绩、带教老师教学满意度评分、教学效果评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科内镜手术教学中开展模拟教学体系可显著提高妇科学生内镜手术操作水平,对普及与推广内镜手术技术具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of using simulation teaching system in the teaching of gynecological endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 36 medical students who participated in the teaching of gynecological endoscopic surgery from January to December 2019 were selected.According to whether the simulated teaching system was implemented as the basis for grouping,18 medical students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the 18 medical students in the study group carried out the simulated teaching system during the teaching period to compare the teaching effects of the two groups of medical students in the teaching of gynecological endoscopic surgery.Results The study group's assessment scores,teacher satisfaction scores,and teaching effect scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The simulation teaching system in the teaching of gynecological endoscopic surgery can significantly improve the level of endoscopic surgery of gynecological students,and it is of great significance to popularize and popularize endoscopic surgery technology.
