口腔科医护人员职业暴露的危险因素及防护对策分析

摘　　要：口腔科是传染的密切场所,大量细菌存在于患者口腔内,成为感染性疾病传播的第一道门户,已被医院作为感染的重点科室进行相关护理管理。口腔科工作相对于其他科室而言相对特殊,在口腔科诊疗中容易出现出血以及创伤,口腔科医护人员在接触时很容易被患者的唾液、血液所污染,而在为患者诊疗过程中,又无法准确辨别患者是否带有感染性疾病,因此在口腔科中,感染疾病传播相对普遍。现阶段随着现代医学科技的不断完善与发展,医院对感染的认知以及管理随之提高,各大医院内逐步认识到口腔科医护人员需要提高自我防护的问题,有效避免疾病所带来的伤害,同时也应减少患者在院内感染的概率,减少患者不必要的经济费用,降低患者痛苦。该文主要以口腔科医护人员为研究对象,分析口腔科医护人员在工作过程中,可能会遇到的职业暴露危险因素,提出相应的职业防护以及应对策略,加强生物性、物理性、化学性的相关危害预防,提高防护对策,有效降低职业暴露的危险,同时也避免了因为医院感染给患者带来的相关危险。Stomatology is a close place of infection.A large number of bacteria exist in the oral cavity of patients.It has become the first gateway for the spread of infectious diseases.It has been used by the hospital as a key infection department for related nursing management.Comparing with other departments,the work of stomatology is relatively special.Bleeding and trauma are prone to occur in stomatology diagnosis and treatment,and stomatology doctors and nurses are easily contaminated by patients'saliva and blood during contact.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of patients,it is impossible to accurately distinguish whether the patient has an infectious disease.Therefore,in the dentistry department,the transmission of infectious diseases is relatively common.At this stage,with the continuous improvement and development of modern medical technology,the hospital's awareness and management of infections have also improved.Major hospitals have gradually realized that dental medical staff need to improve self-protection,and effectively avoid injuries caused by diseases.At the same time,it also reduces the chance of patients being infected in the hospital,reduces unnecessary economic expenses for patients,and reduces patient suffering.The article mainly takes dental medical staff as the research object,analyzes the occupational exposure risk factors that dental medical staff may encounter in the work process,proposes corresponding occupational protection and coping strategies,and strengthens the biological,physical and chemical hazard prevention,improve protective countermeasures,and effectively reduce the risk of occupational exposure.At the same time,it also avoids the risks associated with hospital infections to patients.
