摘　　要：辣椒是陕南地区最为重要的蔬菜作物,几乎家家户户都有种植辣椒。为了满足高效优质种植的标准化要求,提高当地农民的经济收入,巩固和提高扶贫成果,有必要进一步研究陕南辣椒栽培技术,加快农业产业的长远发展。对此,文章详细地讨论高性能辣椒的栽培方法,并从品种选择、土壤整备和种植、定植、施肥、土地管理等方面进行了介绍。Chilli is the most important vegetable crop in southern Shaanxi,and it is planted in almost every household this region.In order to meet the standardization requirements of high-efficiency and high-quality planting,improve the economic income of local farmers,and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,it is necessary to further study the chilli cultivation technology in southern Shaanxi and speed up the long-term development of agricultural industry.In this paper,the cultivation methods of high performance chilli were discussed in detail,and introduced from the aspects of variety selection,soil preparation and planting,planting,fertilization,land management and so on.
