摘　　要：秦岭是我国重要的生态安全屏障,同时也是中华文明史上重要的精神象征。文章基于GIS、大数据技术等对我国秦岭农村生态保护现状进行分析,总结当前秦岭农村生态环境法律保障体系的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,通过构建秦岭农村生态环境法律保障矩阵和借鉴西方发达国家农村生态环境法律保护经验,为我国秦岭农村生态保护法律体系建设提供参考建议。Qinling Mountains are not only an important ecological security barrier in China,but also an important spiritual symbol in the history of Chinese civilization.Based on geographic information system(GIS)and big data technology,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural ecological protection in Qinling Mountains,and summarizes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the current legal protection system of rural ecological environment in Qinling Mountains.By constructing the legal protection matrix of rural ecological environment in Qinling Mountains and drawing lessons from the legal protection experience of rural ecological environment in western developed countries,this paper provides some suggestions for the construction of the legal system of rural ecological protection in Qinling Mountains.
