烧伤患者创面瘙痒症状对睡眠质量影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤患者创面瘙痒症状对睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月我科住院治疗的192例烧伤患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料表收集患者基本信息,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价烧伤创面瘙痒程度,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评价睡眠质量。结果192例烧伤患者睡眠障碍发生率为65.1%,创面瘙痒发生率为73.4%。发生睡眠障碍患者瘙痒评分(VAS)显著高于未发生睡眠障碍(P<0.001);发生烧伤创面瘙痒患者PSQI评分显著高于未发生创面瘙痒患者(P<0.001)。结论烧伤患者瘙痒症状和睡眠障碍发生率较高,创面瘙痒严重影响烧伤患者的睡眠质量,临床应对烧伤创面瘙痒症状进行及时治疗,尽可能缓解局部瘙痒引起的严重睡眠障碍。Objective To investigate the current status of burn patients'wound pruritus and sleep disorders,and explore the impact of wound pruritus on sleep quality,in order to provide a reference for improving the sleep quality of patients with burn in the later stage.Methods Randomly selected 192 patients with burn in the Burn Department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021.The basic information of the study subjects was collected,including age,gender,BMI,smoking history,drinking history,cause of injury,skin grafting,and total burn area.The visual blur score(VAS)was used to evaluate the pruritus degree of burn wounds.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of burn patients.Results The incidence of sleep disturbance in 192 patients with burn was 65.1%,and the incidence of wound pruritus was 73.4%.The score of pruritus in the sleep disorder group of burn patients was was significantly higher than that of the normal sleep group(P<0.001);PSQI score of burn wound with pruritus group was significantly higher than that of non-pruritus group(P<0.001).Conclusion The incidence of pruritus and sleep disturbance is higher in burn patients.Wound pruritus seriously affects the sleep quality of burn patients.Clinicians should treat burn wound pruritus in a timely manner to relieve severe sleep disturbance caused by local pruritus as much as possible.
