摘  要:对以纳米二氧化钛为反射隔热层,纳米二氧化硅/碳纳米管为辐射的隔热层,氟碳树脂为基体的双层复合隔热涂层性能进行研究。通过改变涂层配方,探究了填料配比对隔热、反射率、半球辐射率等性能的影响。结果表明,以25%二氧化钛为反射顶层,6%纳米二氧化硅和0.6%碳纳米管为辐射底层可达到较好的降温效果,温差为22.1℃,此时太阳反射率为83.09%,近红外反射率为78.01%,半球发射率为0.93。不同类型隔热填料之间具有协同作用,将其复配使用,可赋予涂层更加优异的隔热效果。The performance of the double-layer composite thermal insulation coating with nano-titanium dioxide(TiO)as the reflective thermal insulation layer,nano-silica(SiO)/carbon nanotube(CNT)as the radiation thermal insulation layer and fluorocarbon resin as the matrix was studied.By changing the coating formula,we explored the effects of different filler ratios on the properties of heat insulation,reflectivity and hemispheric emissivity.The results showed that 25%titanium dioxide as the reflective top layer,6%nano-silica and 0.6%carbon nanotubes as the radiation bottom layer could achieve a better cooling effect.At this time,the temperature difference was 22.1℃,and the solar reflectance was 83.09%,near infrared reflectance was 78.01%,and the hemispherical emissivity was 0.93.The different types of heat-insulating pigments and fillers have a synergistic effect,and their combined use can give the coating a more excellent heat-insulating effect.
