摘  要:以硫脲、甲醛与乙醇胺为原料合成了四氢-5-(2-羟基乙基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2(1H)-硫酮(THTT),与磷酸二氢锌和PBTCA复配,得到抗氧缓蚀剂THTT-3,使用静态挂片法,研究THTT和THTT-3的缓蚀性能。结果表明,50℃下,THTT和THTT-3浓度为100 mg/L时,Q235A钢在腐蚀溶液中的腐蚀速率分别为0.0381 mm/a与0.0201 mm/a,说明THTT与磷酸二氢锌、PBTCA有良好的缓蚀协同效果。THTT-3的电化学极化曲线表明,该缓蚀剂为抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀剂。EIS表明,随着缓蚀剂浓度的增大,腐蚀抑制作用也逐渐增大。溶解氧曲线表明,该缓蚀剂减缓了体系中溶解氧的消耗。Tetrahydro-5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2(1H)-thione(THTT)was synthesized from thiourea,formaldehyde and ethanolamine.THTT is compounded with zinc dihydrogen phosphate and PBTCA to obtain THTT-3,a good antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor.Use the static weight loss to study the corrosion inhibition performance of THTT and THTT-3.The results showed that when the concentration of THTT and THTT-3 is 100 mg/L at 50℃,the corrosion rate of Q235A steel in the corrosion solution are 0.0381 mm/a and 0.0201 mm/a,which shows that THTT,zinc dihydrogen phosphate and PBTCA have good corrosion inhibition synergistic effects.The electrochemical workstation was used to analyze the polarization curve and impedance spectrum of THTT-3,and the polarization curve change rule indicated that the corrosion inhibitor is a mixed type corrosion inhibitor that mainly inhibits the anode.EIS shows that as the concentration of corrosion inhibitor increases,the corrosion inhibitory effect gradually increases.The dissolved oxygen curve shows that the corrosion inhibitor slows down the consumption of dissolved oxygen in the system.
