摘 要:以H103型大孔吸附树脂处理橡胶硫化促进剂DZ废水,考察pH、温度对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,静态吸附最佳条件为:常温下直接对原水(pH=7.4)进行吸附,平衡吸附量为227.14 mg/g,COD去除率85.48%。吸附过程符合Langmuir等温方程式和准二级动力学模型,说明其对促进剂DZ中COD的吸附是单分子层吸附,主要是由化学吸附过程控制的吸附行为。在动态吸附中流速3 BV/h时是最经济合理的,处理量可达到6.3 BV/批。处理效果良好,为后续蒸发结晶分离氯化钠、硫酸钠奠定了基础。The H103 type macroporous adsorption resin was selected through resin screening to treat wastewater.In the static adsorption experiment,the best adsorption condition was to directly adsorb raw water(pH=7.4)at room temperature,and the equilibrium adsorption capacity was 227.14 mg/g.The adsorption isotherm is fitted and the adsorption kinetics process is explored.It is found that the adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir isotherm equation and the quasi-second-order kinetic model,indicating that the adsorption of COD in the promoter DZ is a monolayer adsorption,which is mainly controlled by the chemical adsorption process.The optimal flow rate of wastewater was investigated in dynamic adsorption,and the results showed that the flow rate of 3 BV/h is the most economical and reasonable,and the processing capacity can reach 6.3 BV/batch.The treatment effect is good,laying a foundation for the subsequent evaporation and crystallization to separate sodium chloride and sodium sulfate.
