摘 要:为了提高基础油的摩擦学性能,以大豆油脂肪酸、二异丙醇胺、硼酸、十六醇为原料,合成了一种含氮硼酸酯润滑油添加剂。采用红外光谱对目标产物进行表征,评价其水解性能,通过四球试验机考察其在基础油(150SN)中的摩擦学性能。红外光谱结果表明合成了目标产物,且具有良好的水解安定性,当添加量为2%时,150SN磨斑直径(WSD)从0.717 mm减小到0.433 mm,降低了39.61%,负载能力(PB)从372 N提高到548 N,增加了47.31%,同时摩擦系数减小,表现出良好的摩擦学性能。In order to improve the tribological properties of the base oil,a nitrogen-containing borate lubricating oil additive was synthesized using soybean oil fatty acid,diisopropanolamine,boric acid,and cetyl alcohol as raw materials.The target product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,its hydrolysis performance was evaluated,and its tribological performance in base oil(150SN)was investigated by a four-ball testing machine.Infrared spectroscopy results show that the target product has been synthesized and has good hydrolytic stability.When the addition amount is 2%,the 150SN wear scar diameter(WSD)is reduced from 0.717 mm to 0.433 mm,which is reduced by 39.61%,and the load capacity(PB)from 372 N to 548 N,an increase of 47.31%,while the friction coefficient is reduced,showing good tribological performance.
