摘  要:分析城市经济增长与环境质量的关系,对城市高质量、可持续发展具有重要意义;选取了西安市1999-2018年人均GDP为经济指标,工业废气排放量、工业废水排放量、工业固废产生量作为环境质量指标,进行EKC符合度检验,在此基础上建立分析模型,进行了“三废”环境污染系数与人均GDP的EKC联合分析;近20年来,随着人均GDP的提高,西安市环境污染指标呈现由差转好的态势,总体符合EKC“倒U型”关系,现阶段处于拐点的右端;随着西安市社会经济高质量发展的持续推进,西安市环境质量在不断改善,并保持向好趋势。The relationship between urban economic growth and environmental quality is analyzed,which is significant to the high-quality and sustainable development of the city;Per capita GDP of Xi’an from 1999 to 2018 was selected as economic indicators,and industrial waste gas emissions,industrial waste water emissions,and industrial solid waste generation were selected as environmental quality indicators,performing the EKC compliance test and establishing analysis model on this basis,carrying out the EKC joint analysis of environmental pollution coefficient of industry“three wastes”and per capita GDP;In the past 20 years,with the increase of per capita GDP,environmental pollution indicators of Xi’an has shown a trend of turning from bad to good,taken as a whole,which is in line with the“inverted U-shaped”of EKC relationship.Xi’an is at the right end of the inflection point at present stage;With the high-quality continuous pushing of social and economic development in Xi’an,the environmental quality of Xi’an is continuously amelioratin and maintaining a trend of improving.
