摘 要:随着炼油企业材质升级,炼油装置高温系统的腐蚀已基本得到了控制,低温系统的腐蚀成为影响炼油装置安全运行的主要因素,而工艺防腐蚀便是解决炼油装置低温系统腐蚀问题的关键措施。要解决好常减压蒸馏装置塔顶系统、加氢装置反应流出物系统、催化裂化装置分馏塔塔顶系统和循环水系统等的低温系统的腐蚀问题,就要提高企业的工艺防腐蚀管理水平,才能更好地管控炼油装置易腐蚀部位的管控,保障装置安全运行。With the upgrading of equipment material in refinery, corrosion in high-temperature system of petroleum refining unit has been basically controlled. However, corrosion in low-temperature system has become the main factor affecting safe operation of the unit. Process corrosion prevention is considered as key measure, which can solve the problem of low-temperature system corrosion in petroleum refining unit. Only by improving management of process corrosion prevention and achieving expected anti-corrosion effect, low-temperature corrosion can be settled eventually in overhead system of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, reaction effluent system of hydrogenation unit, fractionator overhead system of catalytic cracking unit and circulating water system.
