摘　　要：针对2号常减压蒸馏装置2016-2020年生产运行期间加工原油和腐蚀监检测情况,结合大修期间腐蚀检查发现的问题,综合分析了主体设备腐蚀的现状,评价了工艺防腐蚀的控制效果,分别从原油质量控制、深度电脱盐、工艺防腐蚀管理、腐蚀监检测等方面提出了下周期装置的防腐蚀策略,从而确保常减压蒸馏装置长周期安全稳定运行。In view of crude oil processing and corrosion monitoring of 2;atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit during the operation from 2016 to 2020, combined with corrosions found in inspection during overhaul, corrosion status of main equipment were comprehensively analyzed and control effect of process corrosion prevention was evaluated. In order to ensure long-term and stable operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, anti-corrosion strategies in next cycle were suggested from the aspects of crude oil quality control, deep electric desalting, process corrosion prevention management, corrosion monitoring.
