摘　　要：介绍了常减压蒸馏装置、催化裂化装置、加氢装置及连续重整装置等典型炼油装置的重点腐蚀部位,分析了腐蚀机理,提出了工艺防腐蚀措施,并对注剂喷嘴结构设计及适用范围进行了归纳总结,为炼油装置的改造、设计与防护提供了借鉴与参考。The key corrosion parts of typical petroleum refining unit were introduced, such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, catalytic cracking unit, hydrogenation unit and catalytic continuous reforming unit. Corrosion mechanism was studied and process corrosion prevention was put forward. Structure design and application scope of injection nozzle was summarized, which provides reference for revamping, designing and protection of petroleum refining unit.
