摘  要:液化天然气(LNG)接收站停机检验会导致断供,因此提出一套"RBI风险分析—CFD模拟—在线检测"在线检验技术方案,以大管径卸料管线为例开展研究。研究表明,引起卸料管线失效的主要原因为内部冲刷;CFD模拟揭示出弯头的外弯处和三通的两管交接处更易产生冲刷;通过红外热成像技术检测保冷层状况,可筛查重点检验部位;瞬变电磁技术能筛选出重点检验部位并进行壁厚测定,验证卸料管线壁厚减薄轻微。"RBI风险分析—CFD模拟—在线检测"在线检验技术方案,基本满足了在役不停输状态下带保冷层LNG管道的检验需求,对于LNG接收站安全、合规运营具有现实意义。Shutdown inspection of liquefied natural gas(LNG) terminal can lead to power failure. Therefore, a set of integrated online inspection technology was proposed, which is called “RBI risk analysis-CFD simulation-online detection”. It is applied by taking large-diameter unloading pipeline as an example. Studies have shown that the main cause of unloading pipeline failure is internal scour;CFD simulation reveals that outer bend of elbow and two pipes junction of tee are prone to scour;key inspection location can be screened by detecting cold keeping layer with infrared imaging technology;key inspection location can be screened and wall thickness can be determined with transient electromagnetic technology. Online inspection technology basically meets inspection requirements of LNG pipeline under in-service condition, and it has practical significance for safe production and compliance operation of LNG terminal.
