摘　　要：为提升废水处理站处理能力和排水水质,某乳酸生产企业对其进行扩建提标。工程实施后,污水站处理能力提升至9500 m^(3)/d,废水经中和+调节均质+内循环厌氧+缺氧/好氧+混凝沉淀组合工艺处理后,出水COD、TN、TP、氨氮指标满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)中一级B标准,吨水直接运行成本1.61元/m^(3),副产沼气可作为热源使用。该工艺占地面积小,抗冲击负荷能力强,出水效果稳定。To improve treatment capability and effluent quality,a lactic acid production enterprise extended and upgraded the existed treatment station.After project implementation,the treatment capacity of the system increased to 9500 m^(3)/d.The wastewater was treated by neutralization,equalization,internal circulation anaerobic reactor,anoxic/aerobic,coagulation and sedimentation,so the effluent quality could achieve the first level B standard of"Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant"(GB 18918—2002).The direct operating cost of the system was 1.61Yuan per ton water,and the by⁃product biogas can be used as a heat resource.The process has advantages of small occupation,strong resistance to shock load,and stable effluent quality.
