摘  要:为探究低温胁迫对不同蜡质覆盖度结球甘蓝的影响,本试验以厚蜡质材料HQ2-1和蜡质缺失突变体材料Y2-1为材料,通过人工气候箱模拟低温环境,比较分析低温胁迫下不同蜡质覆盖度结球甘蓝幼苗叶片生长及生理指标差异。结果表明,低温胁迫下HQ2-1的叶片生长的受抑制程度及相对含水量的下降幅度均小于Y2-1;低温胁迫下HQ2-1叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸及各氧化物酶活性等含量的增幅均显著高于Y2-1,HQ2-1叶片光合色素降解速率低于Y2-1。厚蜡质材料HQ2-1比蜡质缺失突变体Y2-1有更强的低温适应性。In order to explore the effects of low temperature stress for different Wax Coverage at leaf surface Seedlings in Cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.),thick wax material HQ2-1 and wax deletion mutant material Y2-1 as experimental materials in this study, simulating low temperature environment by artificial climate chamber, comparing and analyzing the differences of leaf growth and physiological indexes of cabbage seedlings with different wax coverage.The results showed that the growth of HQ2-1 leaves was inhibited under low temperature stress, and the relative water content of HQ2-1 decreased less than that of Y2-1.Under low temperature stress, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, free proline and the activities of various oxide enzymes increased significantly in HQ2-1 leaves than in Y2-1,and the degradation rate of photosynthetic pigment in HQ2-1 leaves was lower than that in Y2-1 leaves.In conclusion, thick wax material HQ2-1 had stronger adaptability than wax deficient mutant Y2-1 at low temperature.
