摘 要:以青海省育成的3个藜麦品种不同年度间的种子为试验材料,采用SSR分子标记技术对其纯度进行鉴定。结果表明:筛选出的2对引物KCAA078和191112R09能够快速、高效地鉴定藜麦种子纯度,年度间种子纯度有8%-12%差异。The seeds of three quinoa varieties bred in Qinghai province in different years were used as experimental materials to identify their purity by SSR molecular markers.The results showed that two pairs of primers KCAA078 and 191112 R09 could identify the seed purity of quinoa rapidly and efficiently, and there was an 8-12% difference in seed purity between years.
