摘  要:针对海南昌江多用途模块式小型堆主泵接管泵壳与隔板焊接存在空间受限、焊接厚度大、焊接长度大等技术难点,选用自动化TIG焊接方式,开发出适于主泵接管与隔板焊接的专用焊机。通过焊接试验分析焊接接头的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明:焊后经PT,UT检测全部合格,焊接接头硬度整体低于母材与热影响区。焊缝、隔离层冲击吸收功均远远高于母材冲击功,焊缝抗拉强度平均值达到母材的94%,焊缝屈服强度平均值达到母材的84%,具有优良的力学性能。An automatic TIG-based welding machine is developed specially for connection between the nozzle and partition plate of the main pump in Hainan Changjiang multi-purpose modular small reactor in order to overcome technical difficulties in limited space,large welding thickness and length.The trial welding with this welding machine is made to test the microstructure and mechanical property of the welds.The result shows that all the welds succeed in PT and UT examination and have the hardness lower than that of the base metal and heat affected areas.The impact energy of the weld and buttered layer is much higher than the base metal.The average tensile strength of the welds reaches 94% of that of the base metal and the average yield strength is 84% of that of the base metal.The welds have excellent mechanical properties.
